Shipping & Return Policy
If the item is in our store it will ship out within two to three business days of receipt. Keep in mind that some of these items are custom-made to your specifications and are thus made to order. Since they are hand made, delivery can take up to three months. As soon as they are ready, they will be shipped out.
We ship all packages at this time through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Please note: Custom order items cannot be returned.
Every item that is shipped in your order will be sealed. If you want to return an item because you are dissatisfied with it, you are more than welcome to do so as long as the item's seal is not broken. The reason we cannot accept an unsealed item is that the item in now considered used and/or possibly worn. This is for your protection. We do not re-sell used jewelry. When you buy from Master Pierce, you are guaranteed to receive an unworn item.
Sealed items should be returned 15 days from the date the item was shipped.

How would I receive my refund?
If the item is returned within the 15-day period mentioned above, and the full amount of the order was paid with a credit card, your account will be credited within 2 weeks from the date Master Pierce receives the returned item.
What happens if you paid for part of or the entire order using a Gift Card and return an item?
If you timely return your item and otherwise comply with the terms of this Return Policy, you will receive an online Gift Card for the total amount credited.
What should I do if the amount refunded is incorrect?

Do you do exchanges?
Master Pierce does not accept exchanges; it only accepts returns. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please return the item within the 15 day window and reorder the item in the desired size or color.
